RICK LEISINGER
PRESIDENT
Rick began his career in construction in 1973 when he entered the carpenter apprentice program in Mountain View. After a brief tour in the Armed services, where he was attached to a civil engineering wing in Sacramento, Rick decided to move back to the Bay Area and begin his career as a general contractor in the early 1980s.
Rick followed the growth of the Semiconductor / Electronics Industry through the '80s and '90s. Notable projects during his 30+ years of construction included Stanford Linear Accelerator, the Dumbarton Bridge, Intel’s D2P3 Class 1 clean room in Santa Clara, Samaritan Medical Center Office and Parking Structure in Los Gatos, Dominican Sisters Care Facility in Mission San Jose, and Palo Alto Golf & Country Club Fitness Center / Club House expansion. Rick is an avid sportsman and spends his off hours enjoying the great outdoors fishing & hunting and serving on the executive board of the Scouts BSA (Boy Scouts of America).
JUSTIN LEISINGER
COO
Justin worked up as a carpenter, superintendent and general superintendent before stepping into the role of Chief Operating Officer. Today, Justin holds accountabilities for RDL's field operations and self perform group.
In his free time you can find Justin hunting, around the country and supporting organizations that promote youth shooting/hunting and rodeo opportunities.
MICHELE ALDAPE
DIRECTOR OF BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT
Beginning her career in the steel and electrical industries, Michele has worked in the manufacturing and distributing arena is multi-faceted. She studied organizational development, executive coaching and psychology at Indiana University, and has structured consultations for multiple businesses, coaching senior executives and sales leaders from Fortune 100 businesses (3M, Medtronic and Best Buy) to start ups and everything in between. A clear preference for small business emerged, and solidified as she found her way to the Bay Area and RDL Construction.
DAVID STEELEY
GENERAL SUPERINTENDENT
David is our General Superintendent with a B.S. in Business Administration. He
has experience working for a general contractor in all phases of multi-million-dollar
construction and tenant improvements for government and private-sector, commercial clients. David is recognized for outstanding work ethic and quality productions. He’s a self-starter and field motivator with a pattern of increasing client satisfaction through applying active listening and
interpersonal communications skills and growing the skills of our field personnel.
